10,000 Steps

Hello everyone,

After some rain, the weather looks nice for the next week or so. During this time when you are at home, it is important to take care of both your mind and body. For your mind, I hope you are making a study schedule each day, and treating each day with a school schedule. Get up, eat breakfast, and make your plan. 9:00 English, 10:00 Math, 11:00 Social Studies, etc…

It is also important to take a break each hour to stretch and move your body. How much is enough? Well, I heard that taking 10,000 steps every day is a good target. It can be difficult to do that if you are inside all day, but these days we also have to be careful of crowded places when we go outside.

Recently I have been walking my dog each morning and evening by the river near my house. I can keep disance from other people, and I enjoy the air. Let’s check my progress!

Hmm… this week had a couple good days, a really close day, and four not so good days. So, for the next week, I need to change my system to reach my target. I think I need to take a longer walk in the morning, because I am a little tired at night.

In the same way, think about your studies. If you are not reaching your goals, think about what to change so you can be successful. It’s up to you!
