Whew! We had a great day here in Hakuba. We woke up early in the morning, got ready for our day, said thank you to our teruterubozu for the sun, and enjoyed out day fully.
In English we say “A picture is worth a thousand words”, so here is 12,000 words of pictures! See you tomorrow! (We might need 12,000 teruterubozu tomorrow…)
We started the day with a group picture. Look at this great weather!The mountain bike team got some instructions.The bike and the girls both go in the gondola… waaaay up the mountain!The temperature was up to 37 today, so the rafting girls had the most refreshing time.Paraglider girls waited for the wind so that they could fly!“Sensei, sensei, did you see?”In the afternoon, some of us made bead accessories.Others made jam and ice cream.Ice smiles… sorry, nice smiles.After our activities, we stopped at the Hakuba long jump from the Nagano Olympics. The hill was soooo high!At night, the rain stopped at the perfect time, and we could fly in a hot air balloon!Matching shirts! And more ice cream before bed.
