This is the Day

I have some notebooks on my bookshelf with many poems that I tried to write. Some of them are complete, some of them are not; some of them are fair, some of them… are not.

Here is one I found that I want to share. I wrote it to give myself energy in the morning and have a positive attitude about my work and study. I hope it can encourage you too.

To Say

Another year of joy and tears
Another month of rising suns
Another week to learn and seek

To speak
To be bold and meek
To weep
To kneel down and play
To pray
Unafraid to say,
“Today,

This is my day.”
