Yesterday the basketball club had their championship game at Noritsu Stadium. The timing of the game was perfect for me, because it was during the time where I usually teach the sports classes. So, I was able to go watch!

The first half was tight, with a fast whistle from the referees that put the other team in the bonus. However, after half-time our girls came out with a lot of energy and a hot shooting streak. At the start of the 4th quarter, number 5 on our team made a block, a steal, and a nice basket to put our team in a comfortable lead.

Now we will represent Wakayama against much tougher teams on the national level. Do your best!
