A student, Miss M, came to me yesterday.\u00a0 She had been afraid of doing badly on the tests, so she tried hard and received an even better score on her tests this time than she had expected. She was very happy. She looked back at all her efforts, and they have been rewarded.<\/p>\n
Then she looked ahead.\u00a0 She thought of universities that she wanted to go to, and started thinking how she could achieve a good English score.<\/p>\n

I wish she had started to be so focused and forward-thinking a little earlier.\u00a0 But nevertheless, earlier is better than later; now is better than tomorrow.<\/p>\n
