Hello everyone,<\/p>\n

This year, our school motto is \u548c (wa). It is a small kanji, but it has a big meaning.<\/p>\n

First, \u548c means \u201charmony.\u201d Harmony is whe\"\"<\/a>n people work well together. There are no big fights, and everyone tries to help each other. In a school, harmony means a good class atmosphere. Students listen, teachers support, and everyone can learn comfortably.<\/p>\n

But \u548c is not only about \u201cno problems.\u201d It is also about making<\/em> a good environment. For example, you can help a classmate who doesn\u2019t understan, listen when someone is speaking, or be kind, even on a bad day. These small actions build harmony.<\/p>\n

In English, we don\u2019t use one word exactly like \u548c, but we have similar ideas. One word is \u201cteamwork.\u201d Teamwork means working together to reach a goal. In sports, a team wins because players support each other. In the classroom, we also need teamwork to succeed.<\/p>\n

Another word is \u201crespect.\u201d Respect means thinking about other people\u2019s feelings and opinions. When we show respect, we create harmony naturally. We also use the phrase \u201cget along.\u201d If you \u201cget along\u201d with someone, you have a good relationship.<\/p>\n
